From reading the earlier drafts of the script, Strom Shadow delivers as a henchman and as a perfect adversary for Snake Eyes. Since being introduced in Larry Hama’s classic SILENT INTERLUDE (MARVEL G.I. JOE #21), Storm Shadow has become one of the most popular characters in the G.I. JOE mythology for his layered complexity.
